REIKI HEALING
Reiki healing is an energy healing method originating in Japan, which uses hands to adjust the flow of energy within the body to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. Reiki is derived from the Japanese word "霊気(reiki)". "rei" meaning "spiritual" and "ki" meaning "energy," and its purpose is to balance the energy flow within the body to enhance overall health of the body, mind, and soul.
During Reiki healing, a practitioner places their hands on or near the client's body to transfer energy and promote the flow of energy within the body, which can lead to healing.
Reiki healing has been shown to have benefits beyond physical health, including reducing stress and anxiety, promoting mental relaxation, and fostering spiritual growth. However, Reiki healing is not a medical practice and cannot be used as a substitute for medical treatment, rather it is a complementary therapy to be used in conjunction with medical treatment.

TANTRA MASSAGE
Tantra massage is a type of massage that is based on the philosophy of Tantra yoga, which is a teaching of yoga that aims to adjust the body and energy. The purpose of this massage is to promote physical relaxation, stress relief, and deep spiritual connection.
Tantra massage aims to develop sensitivity and perception by adjusting the energy within the body. By stimulating the energy centers, known as chakras, nadis, and marma points, located throughout the body, this massage can help to balance the body's energy and alleviate stress and anxiety. Additionally, Tantra massage can enhance consciousness, deepen love, and stimulate sexual energy.
Tantra massage uses oil and techniques such as acupressure, stretching, and lymphatic massage to massage the entire body. During the session, elements of Tantra such as breathing exercises and meditation may also be incorporated.
Tantra massage takes an integrative approach based on the philosophy of Tantra. Therefore, it is expected to promote not only physical health, but also sensitivity, perception, and spiritual connection.
