Holistic Yoga is a yoga approach that uses yoga philosophy and techniques to promote not only physical, but also mental and spiritual health, as well as self-exploration and inner growth.
Holistic Yoga combines asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, visualization, and more to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. It integrates each element to achieve balance between the inner and outer selves.
My classes offer a variety of traditional yoga techniques such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Tantra Yoga. It is not necessary to have prior experience in yoga or to perform difficult poses, as the focus is on being true to one's own body and mind, and aligning the spirit. Holistic Yoga is a practice that aims to cultivate harmony within oneself.
