Additionally, preventive yoga practices are recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle.The goal of yoga therapy is to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health.
By undergoing yoga therapy, one can experience improvements in physical pain and discomfort, reduction in stress and anxiety, restoration of mind-body balance, and deepening of self-awareness aiding inner exploration.
After conducting an interview, Yoga Therapy classes create personalized programs for individuals. First, a 60- to 90-minute yoga session is taken, followed by practicing at home, and checking in online every other week. Monitoring continues for about a month, and the program is adjusted based on the individual's condition. If necessary, teaching can also be done in a studio, but please be aware that time availability will depend on the studio's schedule and there will be additional studio rental fees.
